Engineering strategy and Innovation Road Map

Innovation means to increase the companies resources’ abilities to add value, either by creating new values or by satisfying additional customer demands; the entrepreneur reallocates the resources to areas of higher yield expectations.

A prerequisite to achieve this is a systematic approach to innovation, which CIM Aachen adresses with a method called "Focus-Source-Timing". On the other hand the organization needs the degrees of freedom that allow the implementation of these innovations.
